Q: How do I become a member of Sophie Paris?
A:  Easy! You can buy a starter kit here and sign up.
Q: Are any other ID Cards accepted besides the valid government issued ID cards?
A: You may also scan or photocopy a valid secondary ID card – i.e., company ID, student ID, postal ID, Barangay ID; showing your most recent photo, birthdate, address and signature.
Q: Does the online registration apply to member applicants throughout the Philippines?

Q: What is a Starter Kit?
A:

A Starter Kit is your first step in starting your business with Sophie. Use it as a member or use it to recruit. Below are the Starter Kit contents:

  • Membership Card
  • Member Guidebook
  • Latest Catalog
  • Starter Kit Bag
Q: Is it possible for an existing member to register again?
A:

Every member is assigned only one ID number and is not allowed to register again if he/she has already become a member.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: You can reset a forgotten password at the ‘Forgot Password’ page and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password.
Q: How do I complete or change address data on my Membership information?
A: You can log in and access “My Account” page to change your profile information or any other personal data (including bank account & tax information).
Q: What if I don’t have a bank account?
A:Our mother bank, Banco De Oro (BDO), allows three options to receive a member’s rebates/bonus. You may refer to our Member’s Guidebook on how to apply for any of the three mentioned cash cards. It is a BDO requirement that the name of the Sophie Paris member should match the name on the BDO cash card.
