Q: HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE? 

A: Sophie Paris Membership is FREE with purchase of any regular product – no minimum amount required! Be sure to completely fill out the member registration form & submit together with the requirements so you can start shopping with your 30% member discount. 


Q: HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY? 

A: You only need to register once and your membership is lifetime

Q: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A MEMBER? 

A: First, you must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to become a member. You need to provide the following: 

  • Properly accomplished membership registration form, complete with required information
  • Valid ID – Submission of ID is a must to complete the membership registration process
  • Purchase of any regular product to complete your registration

Q: WHAT IF I LACK REQUIREMENTS 

A: The submission of a duly accomplished member registration form automatically entitles you to the 30% member discount. However, you need to complete all requirements before you can enjoy full member benefits including bonuses. You can submit pending requirements at a later time via your e-Sophie member account or any authorized Business Center. Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MEMBER BONUS? 

A: You must have completed all member registration requirements to become eligible for the Sophie Paris Member Bonus Plan. You must also provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and bonus payment account information to start receiving earned bonuses. 


Q: WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN)? 

A: Since Sophie Paris provides income through bonuses, we require the submission of TIN in compliance with BIR’s strict policy requiring proper tax filing of earning individuals. A member with no TIN will not be able to receive their bonuses until they submit their TIN info. Once submitted, accumulated bonuses from up to 12 months before will be released in the next bonus release schedule, provided that you are an active member. Q: WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT INFO? 

You have three options:

  • Enroll your existing BDO Savings Account
  • Apply for a Sophie Paris BDO Cash Card at your nearest authorized Business Center
  • Open a G-Cash Account

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY MEMBER CODE? 

A: You can ask for help from a customer service representative via the website chat app. They can easily retrieve the information for you when you provide them with your name and birthdate. 


Q: I’M AN OLD MEMBER, IS MY MEMBERSHIP STILL VALID? 

A: Yes, you’re a Sophienista for life! Once a Sophienista, always a Sophienista! 


Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD? 

A: Go to sign-in page & click on the Forgot Your Password? link to reset your password. Instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email you used to activate your e-Sophie account. 


Q: CAN I SWITCH MY BONUS ACCOUNT FROM BDO TO GCASH? 

A: Yes, you can. Please note that your registered mobile number should be the same as your G-Cash account number. 


Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS ON HOW TO UPDATE MY BANK INFO? 

A: You may go through any of the following ways: 

    ONLINE:
  • Log-on to your e-Sophie account and update your member information.
  • Go to bonus.sophieparis.com.ph and use the bank info update application. You will receive a confirmation sent via SMS.

    OFFLINE:

  • For first-time bonus info applicants (meaning with no existing bonus info yet) – Accomplish and submit to Sophie Paris either through a Business Center or email directly to AccountUpdate@sophieparis.com.ph
  • For members who want to switch from an existing bonus account to GCash – Accomplish and submit to Sophie Paris either through their Business Center or send email directly to AccountUpdate@sophieparis.com.ph

Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT UPDATES TO MY BANK INFO TO TAKE EFFECT? 

A: You will be notified via SMS once your info has been updated. Submission cut-off to Sophie Paris is every 25th of the month. All requests for account info updates received beyond the 25th will apply on the following month. 


Q: HOW CAN I AVAIL GCASH AS MY BONUS CHANNEL? 

A: You can do these 3 easy steps: 

  • Step 1 - Download the GCash App and register for a GCash account.
  • Step 2 - Complete the GCash account verification process.
  • Step 3 - Once verified, update your information with Sophie Paris.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY SIM CARD THAT IS LINKED TO MY GCASH?
