HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT SOPHIE PARIS AND OUR PRODUCTS?
The pink SOPHIE logo caught my attention when my friend and I dropped by a mall. I was interested with just one wallet but I got even more interested when I learned that MEMBERS get 30% discount on all items. I wasn’t able to buy the wallet but I registered as a member. My friend also signed up and she became my first recruit. I was so excited to share my catalog with my family and friends and guess what? I was able to buy the wallet that I really liked and its matching SAS bag without spending money! How? With my earnings from all the orders I got!

WHAT ENCOURAGED YOU TO PURSUE A SOPHIE BUSINESS?
When I got my Starter Kit, I read all the information in the member manual. The marketing plan is the reason I decided to do the business because it says that when you become a Sophie Leader you will earn more and more as your level progresses. That same month, I qualified as a Junior Franchisee and at that very moment, I saw the big picture and thought of a few people who needed extra income whom I can help through the Sophie business. So I attended Sophie Business opportunity meetings over and over again until I mastered it.

HOW WAS THE START OF YOUR SOPHIE JOURNEY?
I enjoy being part of Sophie because I get rewards month after month on top of the extra income from my rebates and bonuses.I can say that it was never hard for me to recruit or sell because I like to share my own experiences as a Sophie member & Leader. I remember recruiting 2 waitresses who had tears of joy running down their cheeks when they first received their earnings from selling Sophie bags. They eventually got promoted to Junior Franchisees and I was so happy for them. I prayed to God that if it is His will to make Sophie as an instrument I can use to help others, then so be it. He gave me the wisdom and everything I need to run my Sophie business. 

WHAT WERE YOUR INITIAL FEARS AND CHALLENGES & HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Some people assume Sophie is just selling and nothing more. Even more frustrating are the people who judge because they think that direct selling is just for people who badly need money. But I did not mind the negative comments. I stayed focused and became even more passionate. I kept this in mind: If one person says no, then no problem! Who’s next? ;) 

DO YOU FEEL THAT SOPHIE WAS ABLE TO DEVELOP YOU PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY?
Definitely! Sophie Paris is a business with people you know or may not know but because Sophie has a unique system, I feel we all belong in one Sophie Family.  All the rewards, awards, and appreciation I received from the company – BEST RECRUIT, BEST GROUP SALES, TOP GROUP RECRUIT (SOUTHERN TAGALOG) to name a few – are results of my handwork. I am inspired to continue because I know that I help others earn extra money that they need. All the knowledge and experiences I gained from my members, my leaders, my RSM/ASM, my sponsor and former BC74-Imus owner Violeta Bautista, and other business owners made me into the leader that I am today.

HOW HAS SOPHIE HELPED YOU ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS AND ASPIRATIONS AND HOW HAS IT AFFECTED YOUR LIFE?
I never expected that the bonuses & rebates can be as big as I want. I learned that I get to decide how much I want to earn. Before, the income I get from Sophie Paris covered our monthly groceries and other home needs but it eventually no longer became just about money but more on helping others. In God’s grace, our savings now remain intact and we have even more to save for the future that includes our children’s education expenses.

WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT SOPHIE? WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO SUCCEED?
I am always excited for the new members! Sophie Paris enhanced the marketing plan, added more rewards, and programs and made it even easier to qualify. I am sure there’s more to come! My team of 700 members continue to grow & I want them to experience all these that’s why I give them my full support. These people motivate me to succeed and I want them to see the BIG picture I saw since the day I signed up. I look forward to even more and more blessings for I am now considered as a new Sub Center which means, I can help more people. Hooray!

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS YOU WANT TO SHARE TO OTHER SOPHIE MEMBERS WHO ASPIRE TO BECOME SOPHIE LEADERS?
Sophie Paris offers great earning possibilities. You need to know your WHY, WHAT, WHO, HOW and WHEN. Why do you need Sophie? What is the desire of your heart? What do you want to achieve & for whom? How will you do it and when do you need to reach your goal? Once you know the answers, PLAN and put it into action. There’s a saying that “If you fail to plan, you are preparing to fail” and it’s true.

You also have to equip yourself. Study the marketing plan and teach your new recruits as soon as they sign up. Help them to earn & experience the Sophie success because that’s the reason they joined in the first place. Their success story is instrumental for them when they recruit and sell so strategize with them and with their success, yours will follow.

Last & most important of all is to always put God first & pray for your plan to succeed.

WHAT IS YOUR SOPHIE GOAL THIS 2019?
I am now a DIAMOND FRANCHISEE and a new Sub Center which is a big milestone in my Sophie Journey. I know in God’s perfect time I will be able to reach my goal to be promoted as Executive Franchisee. My goal is to help more people start their Sophie business. I aim to reach those who signed up years ago and update them on how easier it is to earn NOW with the enhanced marketing plan. I want to help them embrace our digital transformation through e-Sophie & I want to inform them that I am still here as a servicing Sub Center offering assistance to make their business easier.
